Timber Creek Ranch offers a 7,726 square foot residence with exceptional privacy and luxury accommodations. Blazing fast wifi for those with tech needs, surrounded by ancient cottonwoods and thoughtfully-designed landscaping for those trying to get away! You’ll enjoy a world-class experience both indoors and outside! Perfect for large family gatherings, ski groups, or reunions, Timber Creek Ranch is not just a place to stay--it's a place to experience all that Colorado has to offer! Our stocked fishing ponds near the house are open for guest fishing. No ATVs, or mountain bikes on property please. There are world-class mountain biking trails just 1.5 miles away. 30-minute drive to Monarch Mountain Ski Resort and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Salida. Plenty of hiking, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, rafting, and amazing restaurants within minutes of the property. Not much local transportation is available--a car is needed. Timber Creek Ranch is being developed as part of an exclusive community in Salida. There may be maintenance personnel occasionally on the property as we improve the grounds and further develop the amenities. When relaxing with friends and family, please remain near the home and creek, as this property is part of a community with other land owners.
