This is a 1600 sq ft home. Everything in the house is new. Upstairs 3 bedrooms - 2 baths. Downstairs includes living, 1/2 bath, dining & kitchen. (Open floor plan) Granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer & dryer. Small private backyard.
