This house has the best deck with the most beautiful views of Mount Shavano! OHVs must be trailered in and out. It is illegal to ride OHVs on Colorado County Roads in this area. Neighbors will report this to the Sheriff.DURING WINTER MONTHS- IS IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE OR SNOW TIRES/CHAINSThe home offers:~ large and numerous windows throughout, keeping nature close!~ an open living/dining room with high, vaulted ceilings on 2nd floor~ wireless internet~ TV with Streaming~ a fully equipped modern kitchen, located on 2nd floor~ a Ground level bedroom with a Queen bed~ a Ground level master Bathroom & Bedroom with a King bed ~ a second main level bedroom with a Queen bed ~Ground Level 2nd, Full Bathroom~ enjoy your morning coffee sitting outside on the deck, views are breathtaking!~gas grill~ the all-natural snow at Monarch Mountain ski area is only 10 minutes away.~ historic downtown Salida is also a beautiful 15-minute drive from this home~ lots of windows and light, a warm, wonderful vacation home up in the mountains, but only minutes from the action!~ Storage shed, great for bikes, kayaks, and skis!~THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING~Please note, if you have mobility issues, that the living room and kitchen are on the 2nd floor- both bathrooms are on the ground floor. All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Cleaning Fee is $200.00 ~Max of 2 pets at $15 per pet per night; acceptance of the terms of the Pet Policy is required. . ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use, including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway, unapproved over-occupancy of pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15-29 days prior 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason.
