Four bedrooms, each equipped with king-sized beds and full bathrooms, provide luxurious accommodations. Additionally, a pool house, detached from the main house, offers another king bed, a large bathroom, a small kitchen, and a seating area. Next to the pool house is a game room with a Pool Table, Ping Pong, and Foosball. The pool and spa are framed by a vast patio adorned with beautiful furniture and an amazing outdoor firepit. Behind the beautiful backyard you also have access to a full size pickle ball court with pickle balls and paddles being provided. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, the property invites delightful wine country walks. The enormous garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table. Situated just minutes from the charming town of Sebastopol, amid dozens of world-class wineries and close to the Russian River Resort area, the Dutton Orchard Estate is perfectly positioned for a wine country adventure. It's also a short journey to the coast and to Healdsburg. Exceptional restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino add even more to the array of activities available in the area—all just about an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
