The bright, beautiful wood interior creates a warm and inviting home where you can relax, read, write, and share meals. With all the community's shared amenities, including tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, and numerous beaches, you and your group will be able to entertain yourselves for days outdoors and inside the home.A meandering trail or a quick drive leads you to the iconic Ohlson Recreation Center, with a pool, saunas, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Take the short and worthwhile drive to Fort Ross State Historic Park. Or if you’re into golfing, travel five-and-a-half miles up Highway 1 to try your hand at Sea Ranch Golf Links, which offers a fully equipped golf shop, a practice putting green, a full grass driving range, a snack bar, and more. Head six miles north to enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park, where you can hike, kayak, and picnic with your family. The grassy meadow location is home to mice, raccoons, and many harmless outside dwelling insects. Seasonally we can have ants, three striped roaches and beetles. This wildlife are all part of our environment. Occasionally they can find their way into a home. If this happens, no refunds will be given.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
