The house is split-level, with a half flight up to the entry door, which opens onto the guest bedroom level. Up the half flight brings you to the living area, or down the half flight to the large master suite.The living room is spacious with abundant windows, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. The open floor plan here includes the kitchen, the generous dining area, and slider out to the upper deck. Views and natural light fill the space.The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and slider to the mid-level deck and the patio area below. The master bedroom on the lower level is very roomy, with king bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, gas fireplace, TV, and slider to the patio and hot tub area.The enclosed courtyard is roomy, with a picnic table and lovely flagstones. The hot tub is on the patio just off the master bedroom, accessible from the yard, or steps off the oceanside deck.The views are broad, across the meadow and toward the ocean, with abundant wildlife to watch throughout the day, and the changing sounds of the surf are soothing.This home accepts dogs for an additional $65/dog. This home offers internet access.**In consideration of the current nearby house build which is in progress as of spring 2024, we offer a 25% discount on weekdays when work is occurring, excluding Friday if arriving that afternoon. Rates will be adjusted after completing the reservation. No action is needed on your part.
