Situated on a private road at the edge of the city, you'll feel like you are deep in the peaceful Sonoma hills while only two miles from downtown Petaluma. A calming California breeze can be enjoyed on the spacious deck, and if you are lucky, you might see passing quail, wild turkeys, or even the neighborhood fox darting by. In season, wild plums grow throughout the property, and favorite neighbors include goats, alpacas, chickens, and horses.Inside, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen blend in perfect harmony. Here, you can dine, cook, relax, and visit with those who mean the most to you. Both bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with high-quality linens and simple, calming decor. A private washer/dryer, WiFi, and a smart TV round out the interior perks. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PMCheck-out time: 10:00 AMStreaming services are available with guests' own accounts.All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
