With gorgeous views and trees all around, you will find your stay to be the ultimate relaxation.The common area is one large room for a very spacious feel with open beam ceilings and windows opening to the back deck overlooking the Russian River.The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and includes all the amenities (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, etc.) you need for your comfort and gracious entertaining.With no neighbors on the opposite side of the river, you get a private vacation and expansive river views. There is nothing but sunlight and green all around for a true Russian River experience. THINGS TO KNOW-Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please -discuss your concerns with us before booking a home.-Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability.-This home does not have AC.-Maximum occupancy is six guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.-This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonal Inc.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
