Enjoy the full of light space with high celling and large windows., with large deck, outdoor sitting area and a hot tub. 5 minutes drive to the river beach, 3 minutes drive to a skate park and cafe, 7 minutes drive to downtown Guerneville and downtown Occidental.In the summer the creek is usually dry. Hosting quiet guests only, over 30 year old, or families. No parties, no outside guests. 2 cars max.
