THINGS TO KNOWThe Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, many homes are on hills, and some have many stairs. If any of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking this home.Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.This home does not have air-conditioning.The fireplace/woodstove is not operational.This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonal Inc.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
