It is a 5-minute walk to the Russian River and a 10-minute car ride to downtown Healdsburg. The cottage has easy access to hiking trails behind the house, up Fitch mountain, and to the nearby dog park, at the Villa Chanticleer. There is an outside eating area, a deck, BBQ, and a fenced-in yard, excellent for pets and small children. Inside there is a washer and dryer, two flat screen tvs, and wifi availablity, gas fireplace, fenced-in yard. It is a relaxing place with few neighbors and many redwood trees. Once you arrive you feel like you are miles away, yet it is only a 10-minute car ride to downtown Healdsburg, with its elegant dining. boutique shopping, and wine tasting.
