Whether lounging by the swimming pool or soaking in the 8 person jacuzzi tub, sunbathing in one of the many outdoor seating areas or entertaining in the game room there is an abundance of relaxation and excitement all around.The home is just 1 mile to the center of Glen Ellen, where you can find award winning restaurants, a gourmet market with deli, an authentic french cafe, and the local saloon! Centrally located to some of the finest Sonoma wineries, some of them within walking distance from the property.The home has a welcoming and open floor plan. There is a large living room with a 65” Roku TV and an electric fireplace; a beautiful dining area surrounded with windows and views of the Mayacamas; a kitchen with Italian Carrara marble and all the appliances you need for wonderful meals at home. The main home offers 3 bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and a king bed, Roku TV, and direct access to the back yard via french doors. The 2 other bedrooms each have a queen bed and are equipped with Roku TVs. An additional spacious full bathroom completes this area of the home. The in-law unit with a separate entrance via the backyard has 1 bedroom with a full size bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom. This bedroom is adjacent to living space that can be used as a library or office with french doors leading into a private cozy garden and the 8 person jacuzzi tub. The home offers a game room which has a Roku TV, large pool table, vintage 5 cent slot machine and dart board. The game room also has a built-in counter with stools, a couch and coffee table, as well as a mini fridge for beverages! It is the perfect room to spend your evening hours in away from the main house. In the backyard, housed under a large redwood gazebo covered in mature grape vines for shade, you can enjoy a meal outdoors at the 8 person dining table. The vintage style swimming pool has been recently redone and has a depth of 3 to 9 feet. The back, side and front yards have many different seating areas amongst the landscaped grounds, with views ranging from large mature Sonoma Valley Oak trees to the Mayacama mountain range as well as beautiful seasonal flowers and fruit trees.You will never want to leave this gorgeous property.
