Stoke the wood-burning fireplace (firewood is provided) while your favorite shows play on the flat-screen TV. Stylish furniture provides plenty of space to kick back and relax. KITCHEN & DINING The freshly updated kitchen is sure to inspire your inner chef. Fix tasty vacation meals with helpful gadgets and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a gas range. The gleaming kitchen island provides additional meal preparation space, plus seating for two. When your recipes are ready, serve special dishes at a dining table for four. BED & BATH Casa Verde sleeps four guests in two serene bedrooms. Both have fine queen beds and hotel-quality linens. Beautiful tile work adorns the walk-in shower in the bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Kick back on the wraparound deck furnished with lounge chairs and a dining table for four. A gas grill sets the scene for evening cookouts. Make your way through the garden to your private hot tub. There's plenty of seating for s'mores and conversation at the seasonal wood-burning firepit. A path provides private access to sparkling Austin Creek. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, provided firewood, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. This single-level home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area. This rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. No more dogs are allowed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
