The Pelican Penthouse boasts an open-concept interior with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a gleaming full kitchen. The chef of your group will appreciate the kitchen's ample meal prep space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. This space boasts two airy bedrooms and a sizable bathroom.Inside The Casita, you'll discover a bohemian ambiance, shrouded in natural lighting. The Casita's kitchenette is well-stocked with all of the necessities. Prepare your morning ritual cup of coffee before enjoying it in the sunroom or at the breakfast bar, and get ready for each day with ease in the sizable bathroom. As night falls over the waves, gather on the wrap-around balcony where you can grill, dine al fresco, and visit with the people who mean the most to you.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.The homeowner occasionally lives on-site in the downstairs separate unit.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
