This two bedroom two bath unit is part of a unique and picturesque three unit property surrounded on three sides by water. You will enjoy a full view of the bay and a large private deck to relax and soak it in. The beautiful kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Not to mention you can still enjoy the views while preparing a meal or brewing a cup of coffee! The open living area offers comfy furniture, fireplace and direct access to the large private deck overlooking the bay. The connecting dining area also has a wine cooler.The living area has a Smart TV and DVD player. There is free high speed internet(200+) and WIFI.Both bedrooms have flatscreens and DVD players as well. There is also power outlets on the deck so you charge all your devices and stay connected while relaxing outside. Both bedrooms offer private baths and water closets. There is a pullout that can be used upon request as well.Have a relaxing retreat or experience the many local activities that include; kayaking, golf, fishing, whale watching, winetasting, kite flying, antiquing, beachcombing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, or sightseeing.!The property is located right on the water at the bottom of a long narrow driveway. Parking is limited and it can be challenging to turn around at the bottom. The best way to enter the driveway is heading south on Highway 1, so if you're heading north on Hwy 1 go to Diekman's Deli and turn around in their parking lot to head south on Hwy 1, the driveway is about 50 feet south and on the right. If the driveway is entered while heading north, most cars will bottom out. There is also parking across the street.
