We're centrally located between wine country and S.F. Walking distance to the water front.Bottle of wine, water and breakfast items included.PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!1. THERE IS NO TV in your rental.2. Air conditioner is a window unit . WE DO NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR!Most Vallejo Summer days are mild and breezy. We have about 7-10 really hot days. On these days it is best to leave the windows open over night and then close them in the morning. If you run the AC please close all the windows (including the bathroom window). Also please remember to turn off AC when you leave the apartment (for the day or when your trip is over).3. WE HAVE A TODDLER. We live on the property and she often plays out front. You will hear frequent laughter, squeals, and rambunctious playing. If you require a total zen space, this probably isn't the rental for you :-)But, she loves to say hi if you are a guest!4. THE BACKYARD SPACE IS PRIVATE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.5. THERE IS A NO SMOKING AND NO PET POLICY due to severe allergies of host. If you are a smoker or can't travel without your pet, please look for another space that is more accommodating to your needs. Thank you.6. GUESTS MUST REMOVE SHOES UPSTAIRS. The carpet is newly installed and very nice and we want to keep it that way for other guests. Please do not wear shoes on the carpet. Thank you.
