Just 5 minutes from Shasta Lake and I-5. The open floor plan looks out to swimming pool, cozy year-round, 7-person hot tub, fire pit, large outdoor sofa and corn hole set surrounded by trees. Lots of outdoor dining and seating. Perfect for friends, family, reunions and seminar retreats. *Pool heater can be requested for chilly months for an extra daily fee. Pool heater most likely not available November - April as temps are too cold and heater costs soar to $300+ a day. There's not a children's safety gate around pool.A secluded haven… you’ll never want to leave! But if you love outdoor activities and beauty... get out and see it all! Near Mt. Shasta Ski Park and Redding.The cabin, the view and the forest will take you straight into relaxation 'n fun mode.Downstairs has two bedroom (one with a queen bed, the other with king), one full bath, dining and living room with a tv and big movie library. Plus, a kitchen stocked with every kitchen tool you ever wanted.Upstairs is one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (singles on top, doubles on the bottom) and a desk, another full bath, plus a massive loft with a comfy sectional couch and a futon that makes into a comfy double bed near another TV. There's also a foosball table in loft for more fun! Plus, we’re fully stocked with games and books for whatever mood you’re in.Outside is a propane BBQ and an additional Blackstone grill top that's perfect to cook big breakfasts for the whole clan! Bring your fav playlist ‘cuz we’ve got a Bluetooth speaker.We allow up to two dogs per stay with a fee... sorry no cats or other animals.We pride ourselves on providing the cleanest and most comfortable rental on the lake.We can accommodate large groups of up to 32 people when you rent our two neighbors properties. Both are within walking distance. ----------------------------Hiking and exploring are literally out the front door.We’re 5 minutes from a grocery store, several restaurants, gas, boating, fishing, boat launch ramps and lake fun. We have plenty of vehicle and boat parking, plus room for all of your toys.Want to paddle board but don’t want to schlep it here? We have 6 boards for rent… adult and children’s sizes available. We’ve even got one big enough to bring your dog along for the ride. (Woof!)Love the snow? You’re a 45-minute drive from sledding, snowmobiling and awesome snow skiing and boarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park. The NEW QUAD CHAIRLIFT is open at and the snowpack is epic this year. BONUS: We provide our guests with a ski locker at the resort if you want to leave your gear at the mountain during your stay.Want to jump in or fish at the clear Sacramento River? We’re 10 minutes south.There are countless waterfalls within an hour... and the hiking is epic. A few Alpine lakes, too. You’ll want to stay for months... no exaggeration!We’re 5 minutes within dirt-biking and off-road trails. We’re also close to the legendary Chappie-Shasta Off-Highway Vehicle Area. So freaking fun!There are security cameras outside the cabin that are turned off upon your arrival.
