This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb, with beach access just a few steps away. This condo has amazing views facing the Monterey Bay - Great for Sunrises! Lounge or cook some barbecue in your own patio with seating and a full sized propane BBQ. Free high speed wireless. Exquisite leather furniture with electric recliners on both chairs and both sides of the sofa. Master bedroom has a grand Cal-king bed with adjustable base & remote and a gorgeous walk in shower; no tub. Guest bedroom has a Cal-king bed and guest bathroom also has a gorgeous walk in shower; no tub.Santa Cruz is a short drive away and great fun for the kids and the young at heart. Take a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, and the great restaurants in Monterey, as well as great restaurants and shops just a few miles away in Moss Landing. Carmel and Big Sur are wonderful day trips as well! There is a lobby store inside the north gate (look for the 'Shorebirds' entrance sign) that sells beer and wine, as well as clothing, gifts, and snacks. You can also borrow a movie (free!) while you’re there, and pick up the daily newspaper, hot coffee, free sports equipment, ice, and nearly anything you may have forgotten. Take a look at the fabulous kites!Enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday and take in the gorgeous wildlife. Play tennis or basketball with courts located nearby.
