Living space has a new smart TV and dining for two. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, new wood laminate floor, a walk in closet, and full bath with a tub and shower combo. Laundry is located adjacent to the apartment. There’s a fire pit outside guests can use for a cozy wood fire. We’re ten minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Henry Cowell State Park, where you can take in old growth redwoods. Our property also has neighborhood hiking trails through redwoods that you can access.
