Bar seating allows for guests to interact without actually being in the kitchen, a great space to gather. The Dining Area features a custom, "Beach" glass dining table seating 8 and access to the back deck with BBQ.The Living Room has a Gas Fireplace, sectional sofa with a chaise lounge. Lots of windows and the sliding door leads to the "front" deck making the Living Room a perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a flat screen, high-def smart TV, Cable, DVD Player, Stereo with CD player and surround sound, and wireless high-speed DSL.The upstairs Primary Bedroom has a gas fireplace, full ocean views and a door leading to the back deck as well as a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.Sea Horse Beach House has a 1 car garage + driveway parking. The beach access is either through a private gate or via the landscaped, winding path behind the homes that takes you directly to the stairs of the pristine Sand Dollar Beach!Please refer to our packing list as we do not provide beach toys or beach accessories.
