ABOUT THE HOUSE Located on the top floor, the light-filled and open living space boasting expansive windows and vaulted ceilings - a perfect spot for socializing and unwinding after a day of beachside fun. Relax on a black leather armchair and matching couch to enjoy a movie on the 50' flat-screen TV with DVD player. Two cushioned chairs offer extra seating. A sliding glass door leads to a private deck with beautiful views of Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Home chefs will appreciate the open kitchen with granite countertops, island seating for four, and a full suite of appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table set for six. A separate bistro table offers additional seating for two. An expansive sundeck just off the kitchen features outdoor seating and a gas grill. On the entry floor, there's more outdoor space in a private backyard with seating and a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for families, with a double bed and two twin-size beds. A sliding door closet provides ample storage. A full bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a side-by-side washer/dryer. There is driveway parking available for two vehicles.
