This great updated family home on the Crystal River is brand new to rentals!When you walk through the door, you will feel right at home with a large fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, dining room, a large porch with a game table and a gathering table, lots of decking and a lower level game room with air hockey and darts. There are 2 junior kayaks and 3 regular sized kayaks, beach chairs and beach towels.Bikes, outside/ inside games and strollers are available for your use.This beautiful home sits on the Crystal River, located one mile from the village of Glen Arbor. Lake Michigan public beach access at the end of Bay Lane, is only 1/4 mile away.Amenities include; 2 refrigerators, central air, wifi, 3 TV’s, junior bed and pack-n-play.Entire main floor is handicap accessible.Fire pit and gas grill.There are bunkbeds located off the game room that sleeps 4.House will sleep a total of 14 guests. Summer rentals run Sunday-Sunday.3 day min in off-peak season
