This single level rental is well decorated, well cared for, and fully furnished. As you enter the home, you see a spacious master bedroom with a full bathroom; furnished with a bathtub. You will then enter a bright, open living room with a pull out couch and other seating. There is a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and an amazing view. To get a better look at the ocean you can step onto the private deck located right off the living room. Here you will have use to a BBQ and a table with bar stools. The home also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything for your cooking and entertaining needs. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that will sit up to 4 people comfortably.It is a very short walk to the famous "10 Mile Beach" The home is conveniently located near a well known deli (Pixie Deli), coffee shop, convenience store and high end restaurant (Café Rio).
