In the evening, watch the sunset with a glass of wine (or two) around the cozy, propane-fire coffee table. The place is quiet and private, with incredible views, perfect for fun in the sun in the spring, summer and fall as well as cozy romantic storm-watching during the winter. Our condo recently underwent a major renovation - every wall, floor, and ceiling was touched. The designer and architect paid very close attention to detail to provide even the smallest creature comforts. The designer furnished the home with furniture from around the world to provide a light and airy feel. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, spending time in this home will refresh your mind, body, and soul. At the same time, it is so rare to have this high quality of home so close to the beach. The beach is short, 1/2 block from the condo.The house is set up best for 6 adults in the main bedrooms and up to 6 of their children in the bunk room. The triple bunks are very tight squeeze, and we only recommend adults sleep on the bottom bunks. Therefore we only allow a maximum of 8 adults total, (with 2 adults sleeping in the bunk room).You might consider being here for any of the festivals and events in the greater Monterey Bay area such as the Pebble Beach Pro Am and Concours d’Elegance in Carmel - just a 45 min drive away.-- 1 garage + 1 exclusive parking space in driveway + 2 guest permit parking spots. Plenty of free street parking as well.-- 2 premium flat screen TVs with Xfinity for local channels and Netflix and more streaming options.-- Cozy, remote-controlled fireplace.-- Cozy, propane fire table/coffee table on the main balcony.-- Chef’s kitchen with luxury Wolf Gas Range and premium dishwasher (with the lowest sound rating on the market)-- 3 Balconies (Master bedroom has full panoramic ocean views; Entertainment deck has BBQ grill, umbrella, and plenty of comfortable seating by Pottery Barn).-- Access to a shared, summer season heated swimming pool (with beach and ocean views)-- All the amenities you need for a fabulous beach vacation: towels, beach chairs, umbrella, tent, boogie boards, kids beach toys, cooler, beach blankets and a beach tote bag, basic beach bikes.-- Rare location only 1/2 block to Rio Del Mar Beach, Venus Spirits Cocktails & Kitchen Beachside Restaurant, Venus Pie Trap coffee shop, Pixie Deli, Rio Liquor & Market convenience store, Santa Cruz Massage Harbor, and more.-- 1 miles (4 minutes) drive to the local shopping center which includes the famous Deluxe Foods of Aptos grocery store, CVS, Bank of America, Deer Park liquor store (known for excellent supply of high quality wines), and many places to eat (Red Apple Cafe for American brunch, Bittersweet Bistro, Mangiamo Pizza, Panda Inn Chinese), and more.-- Visit Aptos Village to eat at great new restaurants by amazing chefs such David Kinch (the chef and creator of three-star Michelin restaurant Manresa) who just opened the upscale pizzeria, Mentone.-- Visit colorful Capitola, enjoy rides and games at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, hike under the redwoods at The Forest of Nisene Marks, investigate the Mystery Spot, check out the the Monterrey Bay Aquarium, and so much more!You will have access to the entire home.
