Your beachfront paradise awaits!The Space:- Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests- 5 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds (Full & Twin)- 3.5 bathrooms- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker- Living room - Upstairs deck w/ outdoor furniture & patio w/ outdoor furniture & BBQ - steps from the sand!- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.Note:- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).- NO PETS- Down alternative pillows and comfortersGuest Access:Guests will have access to the entire home, except a couple closets that are reserved for owner's storage.The Neighborhood:Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County.
