Discover a plethora of nearby outdoor activities including kayaking, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking, and golf. LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on a large sectional in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 42in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Group fun awaits in the loft, boasting a pool table, 48in flat-screen TV with cable, love seat, and a sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of appliances. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the loft. Find comfort in the master bedroom, featuring a brand-new queen bed with an adjustable base and direct deck access. The second bedroom is also furnished with a brand-new queen bed with an adjustable base. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six on the back deck. After fun-filled days at the beach, rinse off at the heated outdoor shower. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs/toys/umbrellas are provided in the rental. Parking is available for one car. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental does not have air-conditioning. THE LOCATION Stroll 6 minutes from your door along Aptos Creek to Rio Del Mar State Beach to spend blissful days playing by the water. Or continue walking along the Monterey Bay shoreline to Seacliff Beach. Explore a host of eclectic eateries -- all within a mile. Discover a plethora of nearby outdoor activities, including hiking and biking at Nisene Marks State Park (4 miles) or kayaking and wildlife viewing at Elkhorn Slough (16 miles). Visit the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium (36 miles). Tee off at Seascape Golf Club (2 miles) or Pebble Beach Golf Links (40 miles).If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
