The outdoor living space includes a fenced backyard in addition to the enclosed courtyard in the front yard. The property is more spacious and private then what you will find at a hotel, condo, or apartment.The house is completely furnished and loaded with extras including high-speed internet, air conditioning, and HDTV. All the utilities including sewer/water, power, waste management, and gardener are provided at no extra cost.Cook in a gourmet kitchen, complete with granite counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large family style kitchen is fully equipped with, dishes, stemware, cookware, even cookie sheets, oils, and spices. The kitchen table will easily seat eight.The beds are freshly made and towels and hairdryers are available for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom equipped with grab bars and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has an enclosed tub/shower combination with a sliding glass door and a bidet. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and desk with computer hook-up. Relax in a step-down living room under a cathedral ceiling, on white leather sofas, with a 42' HDTV and fireplace. Books, games, videos, and toys, are available for entertaining children. The house is perfectly located for discovering all that the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Walk your children and/or dog to the local Las Palmas Park. Enjoy the huge playground, soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts. The park, less than two blocks away, has a beautiful pond and fountains, barbeque pits and picnic tables and pet area. Walk just a little further to Safeway, Office Depot, Sprout Farmer's Market, Pet Depot, Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and Twenty-Four Hour Nautilus. The possibilities are endless!Sunnyvale is in the heart of Silicon Valley, near the southern end of San Francisco Bay, between Palo Alto and San Jose. The area is a gateway to many world-renowned technology companies such as Yahoo!, Intel, Apple, Google, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco, Facebook, Palo Alto Networks.
