It is on a canal perfect for fishing in your own backyard as well as easy access to East Matagorda Bay via boat and Sargent Beach is less than 2 miles away. It has a large pier and fishing cleaning station perfect to clean your catch of the day. You can enjoy a lovely sunrise and sunset in the screened in porch. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a comfy sleeper sofa. A walk in shower in upstairs bathroom and a full bathroom downstairs with a full size refrigerator. There is plenty of space downstairs to BBQ and relax , and has a fully fenced in yard. Kayaking encouraged and are provided for your enjoyment, but please bring your own life jackets! There are crab traps to catch some delicious blue crab for dinner.
