With a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch, this house is great for relaxing and having fun in the sun! You can walk to the beach from this house where you can fish, bask in the sun, or swim. This is a GREAT vacation spot with plenty of room for family and friends (3 bed/2 bath) with a large kitchen/living area for visiting. There are local fishing guides available to take you out to get your catch of the day. Fishing is fantastic in the ICW, and ATVs are allowed on the beach. There is a lot of room under the house with a bbq pit for having gatherings in the shade! Ready access to restaurants and local bait camps. Come enjoy a fatastic vacation at Pelican Point in Sargent, TX!
