We want to provide you a vacation home of your dreams, where you can relax and enjoy your getaway.Discover unspoiled Sargent Island where the fishing is great, sunrises spectacular, and crowds are elsewhere. Island Beach Retreat offers 3 bedrooms 1queen/1double/1king (linens provided)also a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. 1 bath (bath towels/wash cloths for in house use only)Large living room overlooking the Gulf of MexicoFully equipped kitchenThere are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property. These are never reviewed unless there is a problem there. Pet friendly. Signed rental agreement is due upon booking. CANCELLATION POLICY IS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. However if cancelled within 30 days and property can be re-rented rent will be refunded in full. If only a portion of the dates can be rented stay will be pro-rated and returned to guest.
