GULF FRONT beach house, sleeps 10, sunrise & sunset. 5G WiFi. ICW fishing pier. Sea n Stars, our beach house with additional ICW lot, was built in 2014. This beautiful beach house is located directly on the Gulf shore in Sargent, TX about 1 mile north of the Caney Creek Bridge, across from the ICW and the National Wildlife Refuge area--great birding. Fantastic sunset and sunrise views from either deck. The open floor plan has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, has all the comforts of home, including fiber internet, plus SUNSET and SUNRISE views, miles of quiet beach for walking, collecting sea glass and shells, or surf fishing. Kitchen fully stocked includes: regular coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, mixer, margarita maker, toaster, convection microwave, dishwasher, range, and full size refrigerator. Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath includes double sinks. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two bunks with a double on the bottom and twin on top. New walk-in shower in guest bathroom. Gulf side deck has table and 8 chairs, as well as a large couch. Central air and heat. Linens & towels included. Nearest cities: Lake Jackson or Bay City. 5G INTERNET. We also own a lot on the ICW with a fishing pier and fish cleaning station. So we offer the best of both worlds. Beach is steps from the property line. Kayaks and beach chairs available. Gas grill in garage.
