There is a formal living room with a gorgeous stone fireplace sharing an open floor plan with the kitchen and wet bar, as well as a more casual family room with a plush leather sectional and a large flat screen television. The attention to detail in the design of this house goes far below the surface here; it’s outfitted with state of the art Nest thermostat so that you may set the temperature before your arrival as well as Sonos sound system throughout the interior and exterior.
