Cozy Studio On Gated 5 Acre Ranch In Heart Of Santa Ynez Valley Cozy Studio on private gated 5 acre ranch in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley. The Studio is a ground unit under a Guest House, and has it's own private entrance with fenced outdoor patio. Comfortable queen bed in sleeping area is separated by closet which also serves as a partition from the kitchenette. Kitchenette includes: fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, & necessary utensils) Wifi, complimentary coffee with sugar & creamer, toiletries, towels, and linens are provided. We have additional living quarters on the property occupied by tenants. All units are private with private entrances and studio is below an upstairs guest house. We also share the property with dogs, and horses. Our friendly dogs may come say Hi, and bark when you arrive (don't be afraid) they are excited to meet new people. As much as we love animals we do not allow pets in the studio. Gate code and code to enter studio will be given prior to arrival so you may arrive at your convenience. I am happy to meet for your arrival if you desire and if I'm available. Otherwise, please let yourself in with detailed instructions provided before your arrival date. Roblar winery is within walking distance of the property. Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez are located within a scenic 8-10 minute drive.
