Close enough to everything to enjoy everything Santa Ynez valley has to offer, but far enough way to unwind and reenergize the soul.The spaceWe are situated right across from Folding Hills ranch and down the street from the Organic Farm Stead where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables year round. You are welcome to roam the property and soak in the incredible views with a glass of wine in your hand. You are welcome to bring a horse for an extra cost.Guest accessyou will have access to the whole property, when the garden has vegetables please help yourselfOther things to note.PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE INCLUDES 12% OCCUPANCY TAXTHE COTTAGE has room for 4. But I charge $50.00 per additional adult per night after 2 adults.I want to address a review that i could not respond and give my side !We are on 20 acres in the country. Due to the fires in California and all the law suits the electric company’s are more prone to shut off power if they think there is Any threat !!This is happening all over california not just here !!People from the city do not understand sometimes when you come to the country and stay on a property it’s not the CITY.Getting generators is almost impossible because EVERYONE is waiting for them and you have to get a permit!!!! It’s more complicated than people realize !my goal is the give my guests the BEST experience possible!! When circumstances are out of my control i can’t do anything about it. The electricity when it goes out ( which is NOT that often ) !!!! Goes back on within 1 to max 3 hours !! I hope this helps and if you want to enjoy the peacefulness and quiet with amazing stars you are welcome to come !!❤️❤️
