It features double pane windows, bamboo and linoleum flooring, cable/internet access, washer/dryer, BBQ, large private fenced rear yard and single car off-street parking space.It's going to be a great summer and fall - come enjoy the beach!Master bedroom: Queen bed. Kids' room: trundle bed with 2 twins. This home allows up to 5 persons per CA law. However, the bedrooms are configured for a small family; e.g., a couple with children. The trundle bed is designed for kids, not adults. And with 5 people, someone will have to sleep on the sofa or an air mattress that you bring with you. We want you to have a great vacation with good memories. So please consider booking a larger home if you feel you would not be comfortable. Ask the manager if you're not sure. IMPORTANT: A Photo ID is required when booking. Your acceptance email will provide details. CANCELATION POLICY: There is no deadline! If you book a reservation then you can't come to Carpinteria we will waive the cancellation policy below, but only if someone else books the time you reserved. It doesn't matter how much notice you give us. If we get another renter, we want you to have a refund! We will refund 100% of your money if someone books 100% of the time you reserved, or prorate your refund if they book part of the time you reserved.
