The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches. From the chilled-out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!The HomePerfect for biz travelers to SF tech conferences, off-site meetings, or family reunions or vacations! You have access the entire home except for 2 locked storage and supplies closets.Other things to note;- Guest should not congregate outside of the house between the hours of 9:30 pm and 8:30 am.- Guests should never play loud music at a volume that can be heard by neighbors at any time. Neighbors should be respected at all times.- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.- We have 5 exterior security cameras monitoring the home, so please check your guest's count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors,- Parking - The garage has been set up as a game room. All cars must be parked in the driveway and street (free parking) - 2 cars can be parked in the driveway and 3 cars can be parked on the street in front of the house and blocking the driveway.
