Impeccably designed luxury villa, perfect for your San Francisco coastal getaway Gorgeously renovated Pacifica Poolside Oasis, nestled in a hilltop cul-de-sac, offering expansive canyon views from both deck and pool, perfect for your San Francisco suburban coastal getaway.This fully-loaded villa has been designed for luxury entertainment and is ideal for out-of-market family get-togethers, very small private weddings, team retreats.Located just 23 min from SFO, you can affordably have all the Bay Area has to offer, while in your own private hotel just minutes from the beach.This is our home, in our neighborhood, and it is not designed as a party location for local Bay Area residents and their guests. Please read our house rules closely before booking.Please let us know your plans when you request to book our property. If you are a local guest looking to book for your large multi-family or local friend group get-together, this is not the property for your event.House Rules (No exceptions):Main renter must be at least 30 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is a City of Pacifica ordinance, we are in a quiet cul-de-sac and noise carries very easily in our canyon.Travelers are sent our check-in form just after booking. We ask about each guest staying in our home (names, ages of children, info on any pets), any visitors, number of vehicles.We will also ask about your arrival and departure times, and how we can best get the house ready for your arrival (types of creamer you'd like, anything being celebrated, any food allergies, etc.).Only the reserved number of guests are allowed to stay in the home. The number of local visiting guests must be disclosed at booking. Excess guests will be charged at a rate of $45/person/day.No more than four (4) vehicles are allowed per reservation.All travelers must *agree to and sign* the separate pool waiver and good neighbor agreement *prior to check-in*, complete our guest check-in form, and also acknowledge the following pool rules: There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Shower before entering the pool. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult- ON THE POOL DECK- NOT OVERLOOKING FROM ABOVE ON THE UPPER DECK. If someone is struggling to breathe in water, help needs to be nearby.No food or glassware in the pool or on the pool deck. No diving or running. No boisterous or rough play. No tampering with the pool equipmentNo loud parties, no late evening arrivals. If neighbors are bothered and we get a text, guests run the risk of being removed from the property immediately without second chances or refunds. Again, our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a canyon, and is the perfect setting for up to ten people. And maybe a pet or two. :)Pet guests (including visitors) require a $100 per pet fee, and a separate pet agreement per pet (2 max). Pets must be potty trained, and current on flea and tick prevention treatment, and guests are not allowed to leave any animals unattended at any point during the stay. This includes locking pets in the bathroom. We keep a crate in the garage. Please help yourself, or ask us to set it up for you.Guests unwilling to pay fees for additional guests, pets, pet litter, pet damages, pool-related damages, etc., agree to the use of third-party insurance claims funds.Here's the layout/what to expect inside the home:When you enter, we ask you to remove your shoes to minimize the dirt tracked inside the home. Then, you can go up or down. Up to the main living level, it's wide open to the dining, kitchen, and two living areas. Or, you can go straight ahead down the hallway to one of three bedrooms (king, queen, two twins), and two full bathrooms.Off the sitting area by the kitchen is a lovely deck with a grill, patio umbrella, and seating for six, overlooking the pool and back patio areas. Oh, and also the canyon. If you enter the home and take the stairs down, you'll find three more bedrooms:one on the right, with one queen bed and a large TV (ideal for kids)one on the left, with one queen bedone straight ahead, with one queen bedand another very large full bathroomThere are two TVs in the home, both are smart TVs/set up with Cable channels that include live news and sports:-one in the family room off the kitchen-one in the downstairs room with the two queen bedsIf there is a particular channel you want to make sure we have, just ask.The whole house has great Wifi coverage, with a mesh network set up to cast a signal throughout all of the property.We set up the home with enough towel sets to accommodate each guest. We do have a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience.As a safety precaution, we keep the pool area secure with combination locks, and you will receive the combination at booking. We also have Ring security cameras directed/pointed onto all exterior entry points to the property (front door, garage door, side gates) as well as the pool. We have been living in the home with our toddler, and we've had a lot of things somewhat baby-proofed for her age. For guests with small children, please take note of pool access points. Also, please let us know at the time of booking if we need to install baby gates, insert outlet plugs, set up pack-n-play, etc.We want you to feel safe and well taken care of as our guests, so you can have a wonderful vacation.
