This home has a relaxed, luxurious vibe that simply cannot be adequately put into words; you have to be there to feel it. Home is in a very desirable location close to 101 freeway, train station, Meta and Stanford.The luxurious vibe of this home makes it a perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Guests also say that it really feels like home. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Stanford, Meta, and the train station, making day trips to other parts of the Silicon Valley/San Francisco incredibly convenient. Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard. See details below.ACCESSThe home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest.KITCHENThe kitchen should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels.BATHROOMSThere should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms.LAUNDRYA washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach.PARKINGParking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles, and on the street for larger or extra vehicles. Guests should note any posted parking restrictions.ENTERTAINMENTThe home is equipped with cable internet, hi-speed WiFi and a smart TV. Guests are also welcome to use the basketball court, but should be prepared to provide their own ball. The flat fees for these items are as follows:$40 - Early Check-in (1pm) (if available)$40 - Late Check-out (Noon) (if available)$80 - Twin Memory Foam Roll-away Bed$175 - Mid-stay Professional Cleaning (no laundry)$50 - Mid-stay Cleaning Add-on: Linen RefreshENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACEThis home is professionally disinfected between every reservation. ~~ All our homes feature keyless entry and unattended self-check-in~~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc.~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blanketsAGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.BOOKING POLICIES* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.* Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website.* Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee.* Host collects a refundable $750 security deposit (Airbnb excepted), which is refunded (less damages/policy violations) within 14 days after departure. HOUSE RULES + EXTRA CHARGES* No smoking (anything). Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal.* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. Reservation may not be sublet. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages.* No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing.* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Noise complaints from neighbors at any hour will result in $300 charge per complaint, eviction after second complaint.* No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide, or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused.* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages.* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation. * Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.)* Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250.* In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.
