Walking distance, you'll find great places for breakfast or lunch like Ketch Joanne or Barbara's Fishtrap, which both have plenty of fresh seafood. For dinner, Mezza Luna is a nice Italian restaurant that is another local favorite.The biggest attraction of the neighborhood, though, is surely the beach and harbor. You'll see sea lions napping on the docks and paddle-boarders on the weekends.This property is about 8 miles away from Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon BayGetting Around:By car, downtown Half Moon Bay is 5-10 minutes, SFO is 25 minutes, and downtown San Francisco is 40 minutes.A car is highly recommended.Other Things to Note:CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD)—NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.—As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.—Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a per there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
