Located in Fair Oaks, about 15 minutes to Folsom Lake, 5 min to American River, Lake Natoma, and the bike trail. Perfect for prominent families, wedding groups, business workers, or two couples.The main houseThis is a main house with a private front entrance and a vast backyard area:- Separate, very welcoming living area.- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family-size dining table.- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have KING-SIZE beds, and the third has two TWIN-SIZE beds.- TWO bathrooms with shower/bathtub.The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.The guest houseThis is a detached, private two-story (approx. 500 sq.ft.) guest house.Both rooms include large California King-size beds. There is also a hidden daybed at the end of the hall on the right side of the entry.The downstairs bedroom has an excellent panoramic view of the sparkling swimming pool and beautiful backyard. It also includes a Victorian-style electric fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly nights.The upstairs bedroom. The ceiling in this room is relatively low; You have to duck when walking through the door but can stand inside and move around with no problem. I would recommend the upstairs place for anyone under 5'7.We are providing 3 AC mini-split units. There is also a small kitchen with appliances, a medium fridge with a freezer in the living room, a small fridge under the countertop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hot water boiler, and an electric burner to prepare food. All to use to your heart's desire. Silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups!Whether traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay. The separate guest quarters provided extra privacy, which is excellent for an additional couple of several couples traveling together.There are many fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherries, plums, and others...all you can eat.There is also a large-sized crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!
