AmenitiesThis single story 2,300 square foot home is newly renovated and includes wood floors throughout the kitchen and living room, travertine tile in the bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. The large gourmet kitchen opens to the living room and includes an oversized butcher-block island. Bar stools surround the island table for casual dining or sit at the dining table for a more formal experience. The living room is cozy and inviting with an open floor plan and high ceilings. There is a flat screen HDTV with DISH Network and a DVD player. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with TV and private bath with whirlpool jet tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. Both guest bedrooms are spacious and feature queen size beds. The second bathroom has a deep bathtub with custom tile and an oversized showerhead. Enjoy the small town feel on the front porch or dine al fresco on the back deck! Gas BBQ is available for your grilling needs. Have fun with the horse shoe pit or relax by the outdoor fire pit while sipping some delicious local wine.
