The living room has comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofa (queen), TV, dining table for 6, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, and a convenient half bath. From the living area are large sliding doors that open to a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The balcony, overlooking Wadsworth Ave, offers ocean and downtown views.On the third floor the master bedroom welcomes you to relax with a luxury king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed and is next to the second full bath and laundry center. From the third level exit to the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck. The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean views, and breaking waves.
