You will find sparkling quartz counter tops, an enticing coffee and tea bar, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking, WiFi, iHome docking stations in each bedroom, a 4K flat screen TV in the living room, and garage parking! In the garage, you will find a flat screen TV to hook up your gaming system, as well as a ping-pong table and arcade with over 400 games, board games, beach gear (ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels), and baby gear (highchair, pack-n-play, stroller)! The second floor balcony patio has a gas grill and seating, and the rooftop deck has a dining table plus lounge seating.
