There is view of ocean and pier from the 2nd floor deck. Living room has fireplace, Cable, TV, VCR, and high speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig. Window coverings all replaced in late 2022. Primary bedroom has King with a queen and twin bunk beds in the second. The condo sleeps 6.Renting Saturday to Saturday during peak seasons, the off season we can be more flexible on check-in and out but we do have to maintain a 7-night minimum per home owners association restrictions. Carport parking for one vehicle.*This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*
