There is a Grandfather Oak located to the front of the property and several outdoor patios allowing for great outdoor enjoyment. A very tranquil setting. A wraparound porch with Adirondack type chairs as well as other comfortable patio furniture are on site. A beamed ceiling sets off the living space. Granite counters, upgraded appliances, wood flooring are a few of the amenities. The kitchen and living room are open floor plan. The Builder paid attention to details. This home has Wi-Fi & Direct TV. We have parking in front of the home and off the alley in back of the property. So many fun things to do in Paso Robles: Biking, Hiking, Pub Crawling, 5 star Foodie, Antique Shopping, and you can take your pick of over 250 Wineries to visit. For water skiing and fishing, we have one of California's finest Lakes about 30 minutes West of town. Boats are available for rent at the Naciemiento Lake. Coastal access is about 30 minutes away if you want to walk on the beach. While I love Dogs, I have a no pet policy due to allergies. NO SMOKING on property, sorry.
