This comfortable home has a great layout and huge newly renovated deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy incredible views of the ocean and Morro Rock. Once voted best view from the heights in Morro Bay. For golf lovers this home is a short 4-5 min walk to Morro Bay Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath with a step in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The master, living room and den all enjoy great views. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare meals. The den has a flatscreen TV, DVD and comfortable seating to hang out with friends and family. There’s a 2 car garage, washer and dryer and plenty of parking for your convenience. No Pets and No Smoking. This is strictly enforced.Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.
