Its downtown location (just a short walk to the embarcadero), in addition to several unique amenities, make it a very special place! This 2 bedroom (2 Twins & 1 Queen) and 1 bathroom (no tub) home features beautiful landscaping complete with a putting green! In addition, the beautiful backyard features a large terrace with overhead cafe lighting, comfortable furniture, and an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, refrigerator, 2 burners, grill, sink, and granite countertops). There are also many fruiting trees lining the backyard including: Haas Avocado, Mandarin, Orange, Grapefruit, Key Lime and Meyer lemon. Feel free to pick and enjoy during your stay. Inside the home is just as amazing as the outside. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, a Jennaire gas range, Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, and stackable washer/dryer. Includes cable, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. The little room off the back deck is a bonus space with TV and fireplace.IMPORTANT NOTES: - This property is located on a busy street in Morro Bay (Main St). - The parking at this property is a little tricky and limited to one vehicle maybe two (depending on size).
