Kitchen is wholly open to dining room with table and chairs, two couches and cable TV. Queen sized beds in master and two other bedrooms. Also bonus bedroom has one twin bed. Library has daybed and trundle bed to sleep 2 more. All beds have comfy mattresses. Master bath has large Jacuzzi tub with separate privacy closet and extra sink. . High speed internet and wifi. Living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fans, two full size couches and loveseat, cable TV with HBO, and wide span windows with slider onto vista deck. A perfect place for a low key, relaxing experience.Nearby there are dunes, wetlands, Monarch Groves, the Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve, Morro Bay, Montano de Oro, two golf courses, Morro Bay Emarcadaro, bike paths and much more within minutes of the house. The activities in the area include surfing, fishing, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, whale or bird watching, golf or just stroll along the bay or beach.The house is located just three blocks from Sweet Springs Trail right on the bay. Only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro, 35 miles to San Simeon and Hearst Castle. Shops, groceries, dining all close by.
