Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort feeThis three bedroom two bathroom 1700 square foot lake view home is only steps away from the marina with WiFi, and Direct TV! As you walk in the front door there are two bedrooms with king beds and a bathroom with tub shower. You turn left to proceed down the hall there is the living room , dining room and kitchen with granite countertops. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and glassware, utensils, pots and pans, dishware, and silverware for 8. The living room has a TV with Direct TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a pull out full size couch in the living room. The Deck wraps around the home to enjoy the lake view and give you ample room to BBQ on the propane BBQ. Back by the front door there are steps that lead downstairs to the third bedroom with a king bed and the bathroom. It’s a perfect home that is so convenient to enjoy the clubhouse pool or go boating!
