A perfect place to stay while you explore the central coast! This Spacious 1650 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Super comfortable for multiple families or group of up to 8. Grover Beach STR permit 0137 The house is the perfect beach side cottage that provides luxurious linens that sleeps 8. There are 2 king beds, 1 full-size bed and a sleeper sofa can be turned into a large full size bed. We provide a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, decorative LED fireplace, gas BBQ grill, and gas firepit to cozy up with your friends and family. There is a large balcony on the 2nd floor perfect for a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. The upstairs living area has a large L shape couch for everyone to watch TV on the Large 65" TV. Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome Grover/Pismo Beach/Arroyo Grande restaurants during your stay here! WiFi for work@home and distance learning Beat the heat and head out for some fresh morning air while you’re here – We are walking distance to the beach, dunes, golf course, downtown, and the Monarch Butterfly Preserve. Our location is convenient to restaurants (Spoon Trade, RedBee Coffee, The Ribline BBQ) , shopping (Pismo Beach Outlets), wineries (Edna Valley, Santa Ynez, and Paso Robles), entertainment, and more. Make yourself at home while you explore the Central Coast! Getting Around: Public transportation is easily accessible from our place. The Amtrak train station and bus stops are just blocks away. Fun in the Sun: We provide 8 beach towels and 4 beach chairs to enjoy at the beach. We also have a retro arcade cabinet in the full-size bedroom for your enjoyment! Note: This is a desirable beach property. There might be some common wear and tear but everything is in good working condition. Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and use professional guest services to manage our home while we are away. Please access our home via keypad entry or smart app access. We will text your keypad code before your scheduled stay along with the August app access invite. Smart App is the easiest way to access and lock the home, but we also have a keypad if you do not have a Smart Phone. There are three parking spots on the driveway and ample street parking available. ADVISORY NOTE: The house is not allowed to be used for parties or large gatherings. We reserve the right to cancel your check in or evict you if you break the house rules. Management reserve the rights to modify the property and or replace any of the furniture at any time when necessary and should not be held responsible for having different furniture in the property.
